We're building our livestream commerce operation across TikTok & Shopee and need someone to own the operations behind it all. You'll make sure every livestream runs smoothly, every order ships on time, every customer gets a response, and every problem gets resolved before it becomes a bigger one.
What this role actually is
Livestream commerce moves fast. Products go live, orders flood in, customers have questions, deals need to be set up correctly, and platforms have their own requirements and timelines. Someone needs to hold all of that together. That someone is you.
You'll coordinate across teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If a customer has an issue, you resolve it. If a deal isn't set up on the platform correctly, you catch it before the stream starts. If orders are delayed, you're on it. If there's a livestream in two days, you're already prepping the logistics.
This is a role for someone who's organized, responsive, and takes ownership. You don't wait to be chased. You close loops.
What you'll actually be doing
Livestream operations
- Plan and coordinate livestream schedules, working with platform teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all deals, promotions, and product listings are set up correctly and live on time.
- Handle pre-stream logistics: product prep, pricing checks, platform requirements, technical setup.
- Support during livestreams with real-time coordination and troubleshooting.
- Manage post-stream wrap-up: performance tracking, clip handoffs, and follow-ups.
Order fulfillment & customer operations
- Ensure all livestream and campaign orders are processed and shipped out promptly.
- Handle customer queries across platforms, responding quickly and professionally.
- Own complaint resolution end to end. No passing the buck, no leaving things open.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to prevent and resolve fulfillment issues.
Marketing ops
- Support campaign execution as needed: coordinating assets, timelines, and platform submissions.
- Help maintain operational workflows so the broader marketing and content engine runs smoothly.
- Pick up ad hoc tasks that keep things moving. If it needs doing and no one's on it, that's you.
What you need to bring
- Preferred bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in ecommerce operations, order management, or customer service.
- Comfort working across livestream or social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Douyin, Shopee Live, etc.).
- High initiative and a bias toward action. You don't wait to be told.
- Flexibility on hours, especially around livestream schedules.
Big plus if you have:
- Direct experience in livestream commerce operations.
- Background working with platform teams (TikTok, Douyin, Shopee, Lazada).
- Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
