- Set up & check equipment before live streams for a smooth experience.
- Manage ads & promotions during live sessions to boost engagement.
- Keep track of product inventory to ensure accurate info during streams.
- Upload and ensure product listings are high-quality, SEO-optimized, and include compelling descriptions, and accurate specifications.
- Answer customer questions in real time via live chat.
- Organize flash sales, giveaways & interactive events to increase sales.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to keep the stream running smoothly.
- Help with packing orders when needed.
- Speaks Mandarin & English (for live chat with customers)
- Tech-savvy & quick with hands able to handle multiple tasks
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (or willing to learn!)
- Available to work on weekends (with extra allowances)
- No experience No problem! On-the-job training provided
