Job Description

Work together with respective live hosts to gather information on potential products (including USP & marketing strategy).
Upload relevant live product listings into respective live platform dashboards.
Support live host with written codes in the comment section & create excitement throughout the live.
Troubleshoot & resolve customer issues.

Job Requirement

Candidates with relevant working experience will be advantage.
Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Able to multi tasks.
Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Able to work on evenings / weekends / travel.
