Job Title: Live Commerce & Creator Partnerships Intern

Company: ThunderWear Asia

Location: Singapore (Regional focus across Southeast Asia)

Type: Internship/Contract (Full-time or Part-time, 36 months)

Remuneration: Base Salary (Up to SGD$1,000-1,500/mo) + Large potential commission

We are growing rapidly through digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and live selling, and we are looking for a highly organized intern to help us coordinate and expand our regional live commerce programs.

Role Overview

The Live Commerce & Creator Partnerships Intern will help start & coordinate ThunderWear's growing network of live sellers, creators, and social commerce partners across Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for someone interested in influencer marketing, TikTok Live selling, social commerce, and creator partnerships. You will work directly with the founder and marketing team to help organize live sales campaigns, support creators, and ensure our live selling operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Live Seller Coordination

  • Identify and research potential live sellers and creators on TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and other live commerce platforms.
  • Help onboard and manage ThunderWear live sellers across different markets.
  • Coordinate schedules for live selling sessions.
  • Ensure sellers have the correct products, information, and promotional materials before going live.

Creator & Influencer Support

  • Assist in managing relationships with creators and live hosts.
  • Help coordinate product seeding to influencers and sellers.
  • Track creator activity and engagement across campaigns.

Campaign & Live Sale Support

  • Assist with planning live selling campaigns and promotional events.
  • Prepare briefing documents for sellers (product details, promotions, talking points).
  • Monitor live sessions and collect feedback and performance insights.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics from live selling sessions such as views, engagement, and sales.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards of active sellers and campaign performance.
  • Provide weekly summaries of live selling results.

Regional Program Development

  • Help expand ThunderWear's live selling network across Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia.
  • Research emerging live commerce trends and platforms.
  • Suggest new creators and partnership opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Current university student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and live commerce.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, e-com sites and creator culture.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating with creators and influencers.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with TikTok Live or social selling platforms.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or hosting live streams.
  • Experience managing social media or creator collaborations.
  • Fluency in additional Southeast Asian languages.
