Lithography Process Senior / Manager

JobResponsibilities

.Drive process capability and continuous improvement to meet customerexpectations

.Manage material disposition to support on-time delivery

.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on NPI, yield improvement, costreduction, and productivity initiatives

.Interface with customers on special requests, audits, and site visits

.Plan and develop team resources to maintain strong technical capabilities

.Lead and manage the consumables Process Engineering team to achieve goals andobjectives

.Develop team members through training, coaching, and career progressionplanning

Requirements

.Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry,Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent

.Minimum 8 years of experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab

.At least 5 years of management experience
