Listing Executive - Escape Park

The Opportunity

As a Listing Executive, you would play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Escape Parks by overseeing all listing-related functions. This role ensures our Escape Parks are accurately represented across booking platforms, operational costs are monitored, and guest experiences are consistently positive. You will work closely with our Park Managers and other internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and uphold brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the seamless onboarding of new Escape Park properties ensuring onboarding checklists are kept up to date and key deadlines are met
• Create, update, and maintain accurate and engaging property listings, including photos, descriptions, amenities, and pricing
• Integrate and manage listings across multiple booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking,com, and VRBO
• Ensure that all rates loaded and mapped in the PMS are syncing accurately across all booking platforms
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to avoid booking disruptions
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure listed amenities and items match actual property conditions
• Partner with Park Managers to ensure smooth guest experiences and encourage positive reviews

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or listing management
• PMS experience (Guesty, RMS, or Newbook) is an advantage
• Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) is an advantage
• Highly organized and excellent attention to details with drive for results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners
• Able to work from home or work remotely
