Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab for a
Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert with healthcare experience (nurses preferred, not required). This is a short-term, part-time project (34 days per week, :100 conversations per week) lasting 23 weeks.
You will evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations to ensure medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems.
Responsibilities
- Review :100 Mandarin-language healthcare conversations weekly
- Assess medical appropriateness and communication quality
- Provide written QA feedback
- Flag linguistic or safety concerns
- Participate in daily EOD check-ins
Requirements
- Native or near-native Mandarin fluency
- Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred)
- Strong written feedback skills
- High attention to detail
