This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for your station, working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.
Job Summary
You will prepare and cook authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes in a modern restaurant, maintaining hygiene standards and collaborating effectively with the kitchen team.
what you'll be doing
- Prepare and cook dishes at your station following the head chef's standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all items
- Manage your mise en place and keep your station fully stocked during service
- Support stock checks and flag low inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
- Work closely with the team during service to keep orders flowing efficiently
- Assist across different kitchen areas when needed
- Support cleaning and kitchen reset at the end of each shift

- Organised and proactive in managing your station and prep

- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 6-day work week (including weekends and public holidays)

- Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required if attitude is strong
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strictly open to Singaporeans and PR only (no work pass quota available)
