- 44 hours 5 day work week
- Required to work on weekend and public holidays
- Split Shift per work day ( 10am - 3pm, 6pm - 10pm)

Key Responsibilities
Daily Kitchen Operations
- Prepare and cook dishes for service (mise en place and live service) across brunch and dinner.
- Execute menu items consistently according to established recipes and plating guides.
- Maintain high standards of flavour, texture, and presentation in every dish.
Station Management
- Operate and maintain your assigned station efficiently-grill, saut, cold, garnish, or prep.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure mise en place is prepared ahead of service needs.
- Support smooth transitions between brunch and la carte service periods.
Product Quality & Food Safety
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times (SFA/HACCP guidelines).
- Conduct freshness checks on produce and ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation (FIFO).
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Communicate clearly with the Head Chef/Sous Chef during service.
- Support teammates during peak periods to ensure smooth service.
- Participate in new menu trials and give constructive feedback when required.
General Kitchen Upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Support routine kitchen operations such as closing procedures and equipment checks.
Requirements
- Experience in a professional kitchen (Commis to CDP level). Brunch or bistro-style experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle fast-paced service with a calm, focused approach.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques (grilling, sauting, stock/sauce production, roasting, prep).
- Keen palate, good knife skills, and pride in producing quality work.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays as part of regular operations.
- Singaporeans / PRs preferred, but all welcome to apply.
