Job Summary
Transport clients safely and punctually while providing courteous service. Maintain vehicle condition, plan efficient routes, and comply with all driving laws and company policies. Assist clients professionally and manage schedules to ensure timely service.
Responsibilities
- Transport clients safely, comfortably, and on time according to scheduled bookings or requests
- Deliver courteous, professional, and discreet customer service tailored to client needs
- Inspect and maintain the limousine's cleanliness and mechanical condition, reporting issues promptly
- Plan and navigate efficient routes using GPS or maps, adjusting for traffic to ensure timely arrivals
- Follow all traffic laws, driving regulations, and company safety policies consistently
- Prioritize passenger safety by enforcing seat belt use and adhering to safety protocols
- Handle invoicing, ticketing, or payment collection accurately and maintain detailed trip and mileage records
- Manage schedules effectively to prevent delays and accommodate client requests
- Represent the company professionally through appearance and conduct at all times
- Assist clients with luggage, door opening, and provide local information or recommendations when requested
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possession of a Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence (PDVL) or Taxi Driver's Vocational Licence (TDVL) is preferred
