Lighting Engineering Associate Intern

Job Description

You will be involved in:

• Providing lighting Solutions, Electronic Engineering applications, project management, support inventory and daily operations of the firm.

• Technical research, and solutions for project management.

• Sourcing, purchasing, evaluating lighting (construction and infrastructure industry-related primarily).

• Identify potential lighting technology trends and prepare for future development.

• Getting involved in hands on lighting applications design, planning, implementation, programming, troubleshooting

• Research and product development of patented state of art smart building solutions (hardware, software, on site implementation, big data analysis)

• Working with regional teams and supporting RFP for tenders and proposals.

• If time and opportunity permits to take part in international competition

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and interest in lighting hard-wares and relevant technologies that complements lighting and visual displays

• Good interpersonal and sales skills, research, and presentation on possible solutions for MNC and SME entities.

• Interest and a key eye for interactive and experiential lighting setups for creative marketing agencies (local/overseas opportunities).

• A fast-paced, highly autonomous and meeting challenging timelines and deliverables.

• Performing high-level data gathering, SWOT analysis, industry trend identification, digital marketing.

• External: Sourcing, purchasing, conduct due diligence on product, suppliers, and their processes.

• Enhance operational capability, improve internal processes, and getting relevant productivity and quality control certificates.

• To consolidate/document down the knowledge in lighting hard-wares and relevant technologies that complements lighting and visual displays.

• Being with a consultancy firm, you will gain knowledge of how consultancy works are strategized, developed, and executed from top level down.
