We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lifting Supervisor on our marine projects to join our dynamic team.

As a Lifting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all lifting operations on our marine projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating lifting activities on vessels and offshore platforms, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

..Key Responsibilities:..
- Supervise and manage all lifting operations, including crane and rigging activities, on marine vessels and offshore installations.
- Develop and implement safe lifting plans in accordance with local and international maritime safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings prior to lifting operations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and crew members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Train and mentor team members on safe lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- Monitor lifting equipment and ensure regular inspections and maintenance are performed.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, incidents, and equipment status.
- Participate in safety audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety protocols.

..Qualifications:..
- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role within the marine or offshore industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marine lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety regulations (e.g., MOM, ISO standards).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NCCCO, OPITO, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Singaporean maritime regulations and practices.
- Ability to work in challenging offshore conditions and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- 10 years of related experience in Marine industry will be a must.

- Able to commit to 6 days week
