- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.15pm
- Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
- Provide technical support to managers and senior engineers in equipment installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Conduct inspections on newly installed or serviced equipment to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Plan and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Investigate technical issues and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
- Participate in committee activities when assigned, ensuring accurate documentation and calibration of instruments.
- Support the development of junior team members through training and mentorship.
- Perform additional tasks as directed to contribute to departmental objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance
- Possession of Triple E certification is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
