Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Lift Technicians to support daily maintenance and breakdown recovery of lift and escalator systems across multiple sites. The role requires strong hands-on technical ability, fault diagnosis skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

- Salary: S$2,700 - S$3,400/month (based on experience)
- Benefits: AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance for lift and escalator systems at assigned sites
- Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot faults efficiently to minimize downtime
- Support emergency recovery work, including passenger entrapment situations
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (e.g. BCA requirements)
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and job documentation
- Follow company safety procedures and work standards at all times
- Coordinate with supervisors and site stakeholders on service requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in lift or escalator maintenance/service work
- Valid Class 2B motorcycle license including own transport preferred (for site mobility)
- NITEC / Higher NITEC in Vertical Transportation preferred
- Certificate of Competency (CoC) in Lift Maintenance for Lift Specialist preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and confined spaces
Preferred Experience
- Experience in breakdown response and emergency repair work
- Exposure to multi-site maintenance operations
- Familiarity with lift safety systems and control mechanisms
- Experience with OEM or third-party lift service companies
