Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit first article samples for approval
  • Create and maintain packaging specifications
  • Develop inspection plans for products
  • Support inspection processes for in-process, incoming, and outgoing parts
  • Train inspectors and operators on quality check points and measurement methods
  • Collaborate with Production, Toolroom, and Suppliers to address quality issues
  • Ensure documentation and records comply with ISO quality standards
  • Assist Engineers with quality-related tasks and reporting
  • Manage and maintain measuring and testing equipment
  • Help update monthly quality control reports, including supplier performance
  • Collect and compile data for quality reports as needed
  • Support other quality assurance tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant QC experience
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong reporting and administrative skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience using OGP Smartscope, CMM, or other measuring tools
