Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lift Inspection Technician (Annual Statutory Testing) to perform statutory inspections, full-load testing, and compliance verification for elevator and escalator systems across multiple sites in Singapore.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring public safety and regulatory compliance, while providing hands-on exposure to advanced vertical transportation systems within a structured OEM environment.

- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
- Salary: S$2,700 - S$3,400 per month (Progressive Wage Model, based on experience)
- Benefits: AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus + Allowances
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct annual statutory inspections and full-load testing on elevators and escalators across assigned sites
- Perform safety-critical tests including load testing, emergency brake testing, door operation checks, and system performance verification
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and local lift safety regulations
- Identify, assess, and escalate non-compliance issues or system irregularities accurately and promptly
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, certificates, and compliance documentation for audit purposes
- Support corrective actions in coordination with supervisors and technical teams
- Assist in follow-up inspections and adjustment works when required
- Maintain accurate and complete inspection records for regulatory compliance
- Work independently across multiple sites, including confined spaces and height-access environments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lift or escalator maintenance, servicing, or inspection
- Strong technical ability in fault diagnosis and system evaluation
- Good understanding of statutory inspection procedures and safety compliance standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering documents
- Strong attention to detail in reporting and documentation
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined mechanical environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience in annual statutory inspection or QA inspection work
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 22201-1 quality and safety systems
- Background with OEMs such as Mitsubishi, KONE, Schindler, TK Elevator, or Hitachi
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting experience
- Experience handling multi-site inspection responsibilities
