Lifeguard Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise swimming and other activities in and around pool area to ensure safety of members and guests
• Assist to ensure pool regulations are being followed
• Remain alert to emergency condition and perform first aid, water rescue when necessary
• Help in pool preparation/checks/reporting when necessary
• Evacuate swimmers from the pool to safety during lightning alerts and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility
• Assist Manager in duty planning and other required administrative work

Requirements:

• Candidates with no certification can apply. Training will be provided.
• Certification or prior experience in lifeguard duties will be advantageous
• For full time positions, candidate must be willing to work shifts and weekends
• Team player, with positive working attitude and good people skills
