Job Responsibilities:
- Comply to PUB regulations
- Maintaining and repairing the various plumbing installations properly.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks on all mechanical and plumbing equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and systems related to water distribution, sanitation, and drainage.
- Ensure all plumbing work is in compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Perform maintenance and inspection of water tanks in accordance with PUB equirements.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and electricians to ensure smooth and efficient completion of plumbing-related tasks.
- Prepare and submit necessary plumbing work submissions to the relevant authorities as required by regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of plumbing work completed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems.
