We are seeking a Registered Architect (RA, BOA Licensed) to join us as our Lead Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee design development, authority submissions, and regulatory approvals (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NParks, LTA).
- Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders through all stages of design and construction.
- Take charge of project management duties including timeline tracking, authority coordination, contract administration, and client communications.
- Attend site meetings, review construction progress, ensure compliance with approved plans, and provide site-based architectural supervision when needed.
- Establish and uphold design, technical, and compliance standards across all projects.
- Guide clients and project teams through the full approval and building process with professionalism and confidence.
- Play a key role in shaping the evolution of TCA Design Consultants into a forward-thinking, design-driven, and execution-strong practice.
Who You Are:
- A Registered Architect under the Board of Architects (Singapore).
- Experienced in both design submissions and hands-on project management.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, authority processes, construction detailing, and site management practices.
- Motivated, self-driven, and ready to take ownership of both the creative and operational leadership of projects.
- Committed to achieving high standards of design quality, technical excellence, and project delivery.
