As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll support and maintain the company's infrastructure environment, including servers, networks, warehouse management systems, & data centre operations.
You'll be involved in both day-to-day support and infrastructure improvement projects.
This is a 12-month renewable contract role. Work will be onsite in Tuas, Mon Fri office hours.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Administer and support warehouse management systems & server environments
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi controllers, & access points
- Install, configure, and upgrade servers, systems, & infrastructure components
- Monitor system performance, capacity, backups, & disaster recovery processes
- Support virtualisation platforms & high-availability environments
- Assist with cybersecurity hardening, IT compliance, & audit activities
- Support infrastructure refresh & improvement projects
- Provide technical support for operational & business users
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 1.5+ years of experience as a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Network Engineer
- Must have hands-on experience with network equipment and switch configuration
- Experience supporting servers, infrastructure, & enterprise IT environments
- Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware, vCenter, Veeam, Linux, Red Hat, or similar technologies
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, & wireless networking
- Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Open to occasional overtime
