Summary:
- The successful candidate will be handling Level 2 Application Support for Applications.
Skillset Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in:
- C#, NET Framework
- .NET Core
- ASP.NET (Core)
- MVC
- Web API
- Entity Framework (Core)
- SQL and DB Objects
- Control M
- UNIX Command/BASH
- Good knowledge of Cloud computing such as Azure and/or AWS
- Good knowledge of performance optimization.
- Experience inInformatica/Java/Python is advantageous.
- Experience in Datadog/Log Reading/Airflow/OpenShift is advantageous.
- Good in Documentation, preparing Technical Proposals, and Conducting Technical discussion.
- Experience in support Triage, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
- Able to provide production support independently.
- Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
