Lending Middle Office / Loan Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading international financial institution, is looking to hire a Lending Middle Office / Loan Operations professional to join their Singapore team.

This will be a good opportunity for banking operations professional who has hands on experience across bilateral and syndicated lending, supporting end to end lifecycle of complex credit facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day lending middle office activities across bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
• Support the end to end lifecycle of lending transactions, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments and fee processing.
• Review loan documentation and facility agreements.
• Monitor credit limits, facility availability and outstanding exposures.
• Work closely with Front Office, Credit/Risk, Legal, Finance, Payments and other internal requirements.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing and operational projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within lending operations, loan servicing, credit administration or lending middle office
• Hands on experience with bilateral and/or syndicated lending transactions
• Good understanding of loan documentation and facility agreements
• Experience with LOANIQ would be advantageous
• Knowledge of SWIFT would be advantageous
