Department: Dispute Resolution (Institutional & Debt Recovery)
Description: Ascentsia Law Corporation is seeking highly organised and efficient Legal Support Executives to anchor our high-volume institutional litigation and debt recovery portfolio. Unlike traditional litigation roles, this position is heavily focused on operational efficiency and process management for our major corporate clients. We are looking for a process-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of high-volume debt recovery and institutional litigation files.
- Generate, format, and file high volumes of standard legal documents (e.g., Letters of Demand, standard Writs) using the e-Litigation portal.
- Maintain, update, and generate complex weekly/monthly status reports for institutional clients using Excel.
- Monitor strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), track turnaround times, and ensure zero missed deadlines across hundreds of active micro-files.
- Liaise with clients and court registry staff regarding administrative file updates and billing statuses.
- Assist in high-volume data entry, file opening, and physical document management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience handling high-volume portfolios in a law firm (e.g., debt recovery, high-volume conveyancing) or a bank back-office/operations environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the operational stamina to handle repetitive, high-turnover tasks with absolute accuracy.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and generating client reports.
- Familiarity with the e-Litigation portal is strongly preferred.
- A Law Degree is not required. We are looking for an operational specialist who is meticulous, well-organised, and thrives in a systems-driven environment.
