Kalco Law LLC is looking for a Legal Support who is familiar with CPF-related conveyancing work and able to handle files with minimal supervision. We are also open to grooming suitable candidates with little or no experience who are keen to learn and grow in conveyancing. The role is primarily focused on CPF conveyancing, with exposure to limited bank mortgage discharge matters. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle CPF conveyancing matters from start to completion, including withdrawal applications, refunds, and discharges
- Monitor and attend to correspondence in the CPF inbox
- Handle bank redemption and discharge of mortgage cases
- Attend to new client enquiries for TDM cases
- Liaise and coordinate with CPF Board, banks, clients, and logistic staff
- Conduct and extract relevant searches and attend to requisitions
- Prepare and issue Notices of Redemption / Refund, redemption statements, and related documentation
- Prepare, lodge, and grant CPF, bank, and other conveyancing documents (e.g. AFS, DC, TDM, ANC, Caveats, Letters of Confirmation, tax invoices, etc.)
- Maintain proper filing and accurate records
- Provide team coverage when required under a buddy system
Requirements
- Fresh graduates / school leavers (Poly, ITE, etc.) with no experience are welcome to apply training will be provided
- Candidates with experience in CPF-related conveyancing work will be prioritised
- Familiarity with CPF Board, bank, and SLA lodgment procedures is an advantage
- Able to work independently once trained
- Detail-oriented and well-organised
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
