Our client is a global technology focused business, headquartered in Singapore for the APAC region. They are looking for a new hire to handle employment matters across the region.

Key Requirements: 6 - 14 PQE with both law firm and In-House employment exposure
The role:
- The key elements of this role focus on the further development and rollout of an Employment CofE across the APAC region.
- You will act as a key advisor across the APAC region, supporting business leaders on a variety of employment and commercial issues.
- You will manage internal / external vendors to lead employment/dispute matters in countries where the firm does not have on the ground support.
- You will deliver training to managers across the region on critical frameworks that align with the overall global operation.
- Playing an integral part in business growth and success, functions such as employment and compliance work side by side transactional teams to ensure risk and reward are at all times balanced.
The requirements:
- 6 - 14 PQE
- Trained and qualified at a top tier law firm - essential
- In-House exposure is essential and across a number of jurisdictions in Asia
- Employment / Commercial background in technology desirable but regulated industries such as banking also accepted
- Energetic, great communication skills and someone who values culture all key attributes
- High levels of influence and knowledge of the APAC region are seen as priority to success
