Job Description

Our client, a Prestigious international law firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to their growing Funds practice. The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting lawyers on administrative matters. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job description:

  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee-earners within the Funds practice
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and amendment of legal documents
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, including document management databases
  • Manage lawyers calendars, schedule meetings, conference calls, and client appointments
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Requirements:

  • Previous related experience with an international or local law firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
