Job Overview:
The Corporate Executivewill work closely with the executive team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, vetting legal documents, handling the submission of various applications, and supporting the management in driving different projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Document Vetting:
- Working closely with the legal team on reviewing and vetting legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Liaise with legal teams to clarify any legal terminology or issues.
- Prepare summaries or briefs of legal documents for quick reference by executives.
- Application Submission:
- Prepare and submit applications for permits, licenses, or other required documents as directed.
- Track the status of applications and follow up with relevant authorities or organizations as needed.
- Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and comply with required formats and standards.
- Document Management:
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve important documents and files.
- Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and stored in both physical and digital formats.
- Keep track of document versions and updates, ensuring that the most recent versions are available.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years in a Corporate Executive, Corporate Secretarial, Legal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Experience with legal document management and vetting is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable to liaise in Mandarin with stakeholders stationed in APAC
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
