Provide comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the firm's disputes practice.
Manage lawyers schedules by coordinating with internal and external parties, including issuing calendar invites for both in-person and virtual meetings.
Assist with conflict clearance checks and matter file opening in accordance with firm procedures.
Handle timely and accurate filing and service of court documents through the e-litigation portal.
Conduct court searches and retrieve relevant legal and case-related information as required.
Assist with the preparation and issuance of bills, including processing through e-billing systems, along with other general legal secretarial duties.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification certification in legal or secretarial studies is an advantage.
Prior experience in the legal industry in a litigation practice is an advantage.
Familiarity with court procedures, e-litigation platforms, and legal documentation.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with digital calendars and billing systems.
