Legal Manager, Singapore

A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Legal Manager to provide commercial legal support across its Singapore operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Singapore-qualified lawyer looking to make a meaningful impact in a business-facing role, partnering closely with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including service, distribution, maintenance and confidentiality agreements.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend pragmatic solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on legal matters.
• Manage disputes, claims and external legal issues when required.
• Develop and deliver legal awareness training across the organisation.
• Improve legal processes, templates and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognised university.
• Admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• Approximately 2–4 years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
