Legal Intern Join a Global Workforce Leader (6 Months Contract)

As a Legal Intern, you'll work directly with our Country Manager, supporting compliance, contracts, data protection and corporate governance while gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment.

Role Highlights

  • Review company contracts and translate complicated legal jargon into language which stakeholders can understand.
  • Analyze the legal implications of business actions and decisions; work with the Country Manager to suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk exposure to the internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and/or advise on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements. Ensure that all the company agreements are valid and renew legal contracts before they lapse.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all legal documents.
  • Ensure that all legal formalities such as maintenance of assets, lease agreements and other such obligations are fulfilled on time.
  • Keep track of the latest amendments in regulations.

Profile and Experience

  • Degree in Law or other related fields
  • Possess good knowledge of Singapore's laws, rules and regulations
  • Meticulous
  • Strong negotiation skills
