We are looking for a candidate to provide general administration and legal support work for the Compliance department of the Law Society. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a team and learn about the legal profession.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To assist in reviewing applications and queries made to the Compliance department
- To assist in basic legal administrative work
- To support office administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder from any discipline or GCE A Level holder
- MS Office (knowledge of basic Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fast learner in computer systems
- Detail-oriented
- Able to commence work immediately
- Able to commit to a minimum of undisrupted 3 months (Feb 2026 to April 2026)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.45 pm
