We partner with law firms, inhouse teams, legal tech vendors, government bodies, and educational institutions to modernise legal work. We're expanding and looking for a Legal Innovation Consultant who's excited about legal AI, legal ops, and modern service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support clients on legal AI, workflow design, and changemanagement initiatives.
- Conduct diagnostics, map processes, analyse pain points, and build transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, trainings, and prepare clientready deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders across law firms, legal departments, tech vendors, and government.
- Contribute to regional innovation and transformation projects across APAC.
Who You Are
- Based in Singapore, willing to work on a hybrid model (2-3 days a week in person).
- Minimum 46 years total professional experience, and comfort working with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
- Minimum 2+ years as a lawyer in private practice or inhouse.
- Experience in legal ops, project management, process improvement, or strong interest in developing these capabilities.
- Curious about legal tech and AI, with a practical, problemsolving mindset.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
