Legal Executive (Public or Private Corporation or Organisation)

Responsibilities:

Supporting Lawyers on various legal matters, including:

• Assisting with legal research, analysing and reviewing legal information
• Drafting and proof-reading legal documents

Requisites:

• Degree or Diploma in Law/Legal studies
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in a legal firm, preferably in corporate practice
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
• Exposure to cross border transactions
• Analytical mind, good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Strong command of the English language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
