Legal Executive - M&A

Baker& McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Legal Executive to join our Mergers& Acquisitions (M&A) practice group. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-year relevant experience gained in an international law firm, with exposure to M&A transactions, corporate transactions, due diligence, document drafting and transaction management.

Candidates with experience in private M&A, commercial contracts, acquisition finance, real estate finance or trade finance as well as experience supporting cross-border matters and working with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions will be an advantage.
