Legal Executive / Legal Technology Specialist / Legal AI Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and technology-driven Legal Executive / Legal Technology Specialist / Legal AI Specialist to support legal operations, enhance compliance processes, and drive innovation through legal technology solutions. This role combines legal knowledge with digital transformation initiatives, helping improve contract management, legal research, regulatory compliance, workflow automation, and the implementation of AI-powered legal solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with legal professionals, business stakeholders, and technology teams to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Support the preparation, review, organization, and administration of contracts, agreements, legal correspondence, corporate documents, and compliance records. Maintain accurate legal documentation and ensure all files are properly managed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Conduct legal research on legislation, regulations, case law, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Summarize legal findings, prepare reports, and provide research support for legal projects, corporate initiatives, policy development, and risk management activities.

Coordinate legal operations by monitoring contract lifecycles, managing document repositories, tracking renewal dates, supporting approval workflows, and ensuring timely completion of legal documentation. Assist with corporate governance activities, internal compliance programs, and policy implementation.

Support the implementation, administration, and optimization of legal technology platforms, contract lifecycle management systems, document management systems, e-discovery tools, knowledge management platforms, and AI-powered legal applications. Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows through automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, cybersecurity, procurement, finance, human resources, and business teams to ensure legal processes align with organizational objectives. Participate in cross-functional projects involving legal operations, regulatory compliance, data governance, privacy initiatives, and enterprise technology adoption.

Analyze legal data, operational metrics, contract performance, compliance records, and workflow efficiency to identify improvement opportunities. Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and business insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Assist in developing AI-enabled legal solutions by supporting document classification, contract analysis, legal research automation, knowledge management, workflow optimization, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence within legal operations. Monitor emerging legal technology trends and recommend innovative solutions that enhance productivity while maintaining legal accuracy and compliance.

Support risk management initiatives by identifying potential legal risks, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating internal reviews, and assisting with audit preparation. Ensure legal records are complete, accurate, confidential, and readily accessible when required.

Contribute to training initiatives by preparing user guides, documentation, process manuals, and educational materials that promote effective use of legal technology platforms and AI tools. Foster continuous improvement by recommending best practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting a collaborative, technology-driven legal environment.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, Legal Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of legal operations, contract management, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of legal technology platforms, document management systems, contract lifecycle management (CLM), e-discovery solutions, or legal operations software.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in legal services, document automation, workflow automation, legal research tools, or generative AI technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional legal reports, summaries, and documentation.
