Market & Salary Review (2026-27)

Our client is a global Data Center / Real Estate business in Asia (operating globally).

As part of a 2030 growth strategy, this newly created role will support transactions teams with a focus on Data Centers.

Focus of Work

  • Transactional: 70%
  • Commercial, Regulatory, Compliance: 30%

Role

  • This is a strategic role to support business teams across a variety of M&A and general corporate work. As a hands on transaction lawyer, you will structure, negotiate and support teams on a wide variety of commercial deals
  • You will navigate and influence senor stakeholders to ensure local and regional strategic outcomes align with group strategy, this will be closely aligned with the Chief Legal Officers input.
  • You will support key business units with regulatory and compliance led matters (regionally).
  • This role will offer ownership and autonomy on deals across the region, as well as a chance to develop into a key people leader.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 PQE
  • Looking for lawyers with tier 1 law firm training and relevant in-house experience or secondments
  • You will possess strong data center deal flow
  • Your communication skillset will encompass local, regional and international stakeholders
  • Stable CVs, driven mentality and excited to take on a challenging role are all expected
