What You'll Do:
1. Cross-Border Transactions & Commercial Agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including reseller, distributorship, licensing, collaboration and supply agreements involving robotics, AI and automation technologies.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice on transaction structuring, risk allocation, and contract performance across multiple jurisdictions.
2. Technology, IP & Innovation
- Advise on technology ownership, software integration, and data-related compliance.
- Manage and protect the company's intellectual property (IP) portfolio, including working with the internal teams and external lawyers on filings.
- Support internal R&D teams in drafting collaboration and confidentiality agreements.
3. Corporate & Strategic Projects
- Support international expansion initiatives, including establishment of new entities, M&A transactions, and regional partnerships.
- Work with external counsels on deal structuring and due diligence.
- Advise senior management on strategic legal risks related to business growth, supply chain resilience, and market entry.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to business units across corporate functions.
- Promote a culture of ethical business conduct and proactive legal engagement.
What You'll Bring:
- Legal Expertise: Honours Law degree with 7 8 years PQE; admitted to the Singapore Bar or a common law jurisdiction. Experience in employment law would be advantageous.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in corporate and commercial law, with practical, solutions-driven mindset, and strong cross-border and regulatory exposure.
