Our client, a Top Prestigious Commercial company is seeking to recruit for a Legal Counsel.
Job description:
- Responsible for providing legal advice to the company and its subsidiaries
- To ensure compliance of the company in adherence to the regulation and policies
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Involved in handling M&A transactions and staying abreast of the latest legal development in the industry
- Managing the Intellectual property rights of the firm
Requirements:
- Admitted to Singapore Bar with at least 4 to 5 years of experience
- Candidates with work experience in Corporate law including but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions alongside to Intellectual property are most welcome to apply
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a pre-requisite for the role
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player
