LEGAL COUNSEL

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing support to legal operations, risk management efforts and strategic business objectives and priorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory
- matters.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates.
- Providing thought leadership consistent with Organisation's related business objectives, strategies, policies, standards and procedures.
WORKING HOURS
- . 5-day work week
- . 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
- . Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction).
- . Minimum 5 years experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or
- . with a reputable law firm.
- . Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory
- . compliance.
- . Managing varied initiatives, substances, and dealings requiring investigation and condensation of relevant laws, regulations, and industry values
- . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- . Well-organized, dynamic, collaborative, and encouraging
- . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
