In a global management consultancy like Roland Berger, the Global Legal Department offers exciting challenges. We advise Roland Berger Group, which is formed by Roland Berger Holding GmbH & Co. KGaA and its worldwide group entities. We focus on a broad variety of corporate legal and general commercial law topics. To support our Global Legal Team we are looking for colleagues to join our Finance & Controlling (F&C)/Legal service hub in Kuala Lumpur. You will be in close contact with colleagues in the Global Legal Department and part of a highly professional and welcoming team.

Job Description

  • Drafting, reviewing and revising in accordance with our global corporate standards and applicable laws
    • non-disclosure and similar confidentiality agreements
    • release/non-reliance and reliance letters
    • engagement letters
    • supplier agreements
  • Assisting in general corporate housekeeping matters
  • Liaising with the Global Legal Team

Qualifications

  • A degree in law from a recognized university
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or the inhouse legal department of an international group of companies
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to teamworking, high analytical capabilities, good understanding of the business
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages spoken in our global business regions (e.g., Chinese, German, French) are a plus
  • Highest professional standards, including with a view to confidentiality
