Our client is a globally operating business with a focus on project development in areas of energy technology and long term sustainability.

You will be joining an established legal team in Singapore / Asia.

Job Description

• This role will partner with global development teams in areas such as project finance, transaction support and commercial deal flow.
• You will negotiate, draft and close various agreements covering service, funding, deployment and general commercial / day to day
• The work will engage with stakeholders internally and externally around the world as projects will be mainly aimed at emerging markets.
• The work will ensure you develop key skills in project finance, commercial deal flow and governance / compliance

Requirements

• 5 - 12 PQE (Guideline)
• Tier 1 law firm training - essential
• Project finance background - essential
• Ability to manage stakeholders in Asia and around the world - essential
• Excited to work in a fast paced and grown up organisation
