About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the transportation industry, one of the largest players globally in the space that they operate in. Due to the growth in the business, they are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of the legal team in Singapore, supporting their merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and investment activities globally. Responsibilities
Reporting to the M&A Legal Lead, working closely with the legal team and partnering with cross functional stakeholders, you will focus on providing advice to support mergers and acquisitions and related activities from assessment to integration activities. This includes conducting legal risk analysis and due diligence on potential deals and providing advice to bring the deals to completion.
Requirements
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in M&A, with experience in working on end to end deals and a good understanding each stage and their necessary documentation and processes to drive a deal to completion. You are detail-oriented, analytical, a keen learner and are willing to be hands on. You thrive in a collaborative team-based environment and are driven to deliver quality work independently.
