Legal Counsel (In-House)
GoldPhield is partnering with a well-established international organization to appoint a Legal Counsel based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing regional legal team supporting business operations across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, customer, confidentiality, and partnership agreements
- Support business teams in identifying legal risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to support ongoing business initiatives
- Contribute to legal projects, contract management, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, gained in private practice and/or in-house
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international business environment
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
