Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial issues.
- Manage the establishment and closure of subsidiaries, associates, branches, and project offices.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and monitor the progress of their work.
- Advise and collaborate with business units and departments on legal matters.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree in law.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with knowledge of construction law or experience in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities proactive and independent.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Open to travel when required.
