Legal Counsel - Energy/Intrastructure (Contract)

My client is a leading Energy Firm and we are recruiting for a Legal Counsel (Contract). The role is located in Singapore.

• Support legal aspects of infrastructure and development projects

• Experienced with EPC-related matters and procurement contracts

• Handle drafting and negotiation of various business agreements

• Advise on commercial contracts related to operational services

• Assist with procurement-related legal documents and processes

• Provide general legal guidance across different areas as needed

• Contribute to internal legal operations and activities
