Legal Counsel
- Location: Boon Lay
- Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days
- Working hours: 8am to 530pm
- Salary : ($5,500 7,000) Open to Negotiation
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents and render legal advice
- Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
- Handle the setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation of such set up
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work
- Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal matters
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Prerequisites:
- Degree in Law
- 4 to 7 years post-qualification experience, with knowledge of construction law and/or with experience in the construction industry
- Willing to travel when required
