Legal Counsel (Corporate & Commercial)

We're partnering with a leading organization to hire a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters.
• Support contract management, compliance, regulatory, and risk management initiatives.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and business projects across the region.
• Liaise with external counsel where required.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
• Strong experience in commercial contracting and corporate advisory work.
• Commercially minded with excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
