We're supporting a leading tech company to hire for a Legal Counsel (Contractor) to work closely with the Lead Counsel to support on a high-impact regional project.
What you'll do:
- Support the Lead Counsel on all legal aspects of the product launch
- Draft and negotiate contracts, including FAQs, intercompany agreements, and other work product
- Provide preliminary regulatory advice under senior guidance
- Track multiple workstreams, timelines, and documentation in an organized manner
- Manage stakeholder follow-ups and assist in problemsolving across regions
What we're looking for:
- Able to join immediately
- At least 4 years PQE, from private practice or in-house - preferably in banking, finance, payments or tech sector
- Strong project management capability - structured, organized, excellent at follow-through
- Skilled in contract drafting and negotiation
- Comfortable operating with speed and ambiguity
