Legal Counsel (Construction)

Exciting opportunity to join a robust in-house legal team, focusing on construction related work. This is a mid level role suited for someone looking to make their first move in-house or wanting to make a positive change within legal ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As part of ongoing corporate transactions, you will play a critical role reviewing and negotiating construction-related contracts. As this organization participates in substantial projects and tenders, you will utilize your construction expertise to advise the business on potential liabilities and dispute risk etc.

Requirements
You possess a LLB and qualified to the SG Bar, with at least 5PQE. Those with construction and/infrastructure experience in the legal domain would be high favored for this role. Disputes background within the construction sector would also be helpful.
