Legal Counsel - Banking & Finance

Client = A global FS/Technology focused MNC, listed, and with an established team in Asia.

This is a high profile team within the business and a unique opportunity to pivot from banking/legal related work to a more technology / innovative career path.

The role

• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the region, you will offer pro-active and responsive advise around key commercial and regulatory matters around securities and treasury linked products
• You will support key areas of the institution in relation to product launch and ensure all commercial and compliance topics are covered
• The role will also cover technology, regulation and general compliance matters

The requirements

• 3 - 6 PQE
• Background in Banking & Finance with a broad exposure to consumer linked products or asset backed securities
• Experience in Banking / General Compliance and technology all seen as positives
• Stable background and excellent stakeholder engagement a must
